Silver Spider Media built me a website for my small Landscaping business REA VALLEY LANDSCAPES. From the initial conversation I had with Mags, I knew they were the right business for me, I even half worried they were too good to be real. I then went on to deal with Carl who put my bespoke site together, catering for all my needs, it was like nothing was too much trouble, his professionalism was off the chart. They built my site a good 6 months ago, and I only leave this review now, as I've simply been too busy thanks to my excellent website. These guys really set the standard for how a business of this type should be run. Customer service, attention to detail and exceeding expectations. I couldn't be more pleased. Only one word needed for Blaine and Carl, Amazing. They have helped me not only by creating a new website but also solved issues I had with indexing. I often messaged them around 8/9pm as this is the only time I can get round to doing anything that is not directly related to the running of my business and after putting my 2 year old to bed. Not once did I have to wait until the morning for a response, usually came back to me within 10 minutes. I used another well known large corporate company before, and the guys at Silver Spider Media has beat them at every step including price. Very helpful and creative company, good service - they respond to queries and amendments promptly. Rates reasonable. Followed my brief as I had a very specific look and structure in mind. The only downside is their enthusiasm for AI generated text which can be waffly and completely misleading / incorrect. So as a client you need to be eagle eyed to every detail. But overall, fantastic service, and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a well-designed website with customer interactivity and SEO optimisation. ~ Daisy H

Blaine from Spider Media made contact with me several months ago, around the time I was considering a new website update. I asked Blaine to let me think about the offer he made, as we’re always receiving similar calls, And to call me back the following month to discuss again. As agreed Blaine called me back on time as promised and was very patient, seeing as I couldn’t take the call, and on more than one occasion this happened. What struck me was that Blaine wasn’t pushy at all, like other “website sales calls” I’d received in the past. Blaine also, politely pointed out a few mistakes I’d made on some Google advertising.
